Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Premium Fitness facilities, services, website, or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

Membership Terms

Membership Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to become a member. Minors (16-17 years) may join with written parental consent.

Membership Fees

Membership fees are due in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. Fees may be paid monthly, quarterly, or annually as selected during registration.

Auto-Renewal

Memberships automatically renew unless cancelled in writing at least 30 days before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method for renewal fees.

Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time by providing written notice. Cancellations must be submitted at least 30 days before the next billing cycle. Refunds for unused portions are at our discretion and subject to our refund policy.

Freeze Policy

Members may freeze their membership for medical reasons or travel for up to 3 months per year. Freeze requests must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation.

Transfer and Sharing

Memberships are non-transferable and non-shareable. Only the registered member may use the facilities.

Facility Use and Rules

  • •Members must present valid membership card or digital access for entry
  • •Proper athletic attire and closed-toe shoes are required at all times
  • •Wipe down equipment after use with provided sanitizing supplies
  • •Re-rack weights and return equipment to designated areas
  • •No food or drinks (except water in sealed containers) in workout areas
  • •Mobile phones must be used respectfully and not interfere with others' workouts
  • •Respectful conduct toward staff and other members is mandatory
  • •Photography or video recording requires permission from management and consent from all subjects
  • •The gym reserves the right to refuse service or revoke membership for violations

Health and Safety

Medical Clearance

You represent that you are in good physical condition and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation in exercise activities. We recommend consulting with a healthcare provider before starting any fitness program.

Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that participation in fitness activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or death. You voluntarily assume all such risks.

Emergency Medical Treatment

In case of medical emergency, you authorize Premium Fitness staff to seek emergency medical treatment on your behalf. You are responsible for all medical expenses.

Health Information

You agree to inform us of any changes in your health status that may affect your ability to safely use our facilities.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Premium Fitness, its owners, employees, trainers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from your use of our facilities, equipment, or services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Personal Property

Premium Fitness is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Lockers are available for your use, but we recommend not leaving valuables unattended.

Code of Conduct

Members must conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner. Prohibited behaviors include:

  • Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior toward staff or members
  • Use of illegal substances on premises
  • Inappropriate or indecent conduct
  • Disruptive behavior that interferes with others' workouts
  • Unauthorized entry to restricted areas
  • Tampering with equipment or facility property

Violation of the code of conduct may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership without refund.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, workout programs, and materials provided by Premium Fitness are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership and access to our facilities immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is harmful to other members, employees, or our business interests.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on our website and communicated to members. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Al Ain, UAE.
